Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase As a general rule, we complete the confirmation process and initiate production within 48 hours of receiving a customer order. If a customer initiates a refund within 48 hours of placing an order, a full refund can be made.
Cancellation after 24 hours of purchase After 48 hours your order will go into production. Therefore, there will be a restocking fee of 30% for all cancellations that are requested after 48 hours.
Yes! We offer financing for all of our products. The best way to get payment plans is through the checkout and choose 'Shop Pay' and you'll be provided with payment plan options.

We offer payment plans with 0% interest up to 24 installments.
Once half of the installments are paid, we will start the ring production, and once all the installments are paid, we will send out the ring. All of our rings are 100% handmade, so usually it will take about 3 weeks for you to receive the ring. If you like to get the ring before a certain date, it will be best if you pay up all the installments 1 month prior to the date.
