What ring size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our Size Chart. The best way it getting it measured in a local jewelry store.

Can I cancel my order?

We fully understand and support your decision! If you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to gemnityjewelry@gmail.com.


Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase As a general rule, we complete the confirmation process and initiate production within 48 hours of receiving a customer order. If a customer initiates a refund within 48 hours of placing an order, a full refund can be made.


Cancellation after 24 hours of purchase After 48 hours your order will go into production. Therefore, there will be a restocking fee of 30% for all cancellations that are requested after 48 hours.

Do you guys offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer financing for all of our products. The best way to get payment plans is through the checkout and choose 'Shop Pay' and you'll be provided with payment plan options.


Not eligible for a financing plan at the check out? No worries, just reach out to gemnityjewelry@gmail.com and we will guide you step by step with the manual financing plans -
We offer payment plans with 0% interest up to 24 installments.

Once half of the installments are paid, we will start the ring production, and once all the installments are paid, we will send out the ring. All of our rings are 100% handmade, so usually it will take about 3 weeks for you to receive the ring. If you like to get the ring before a certain date, it will be best if you pay up all the installments 1 month prior to the date.

How long does it take to receive the ring?

All of our rings are made to order and 100% handmade, so usually it will take about 3-4 weeks. Once the rings are done, we will immediately send them out and send you tracking info.

Shipping, Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

What is the shipping policy?

Order confirmation sent upon placement; tracking info issued once fulfilled. Shipping fees non-refundable for returns.

  • Made-to-order: 3-4 week processing + shipping
  • US: Free standard shipping via USPS Express (tracking, insurance, signature required)
  • International: Customer responsible for customs/duties; shipping costs added at checkout
Do you offer warranty? What is it like?
  • 90-day coverage for repairs, resizing (±1 size), and manufacturing defects.
  • Not covered: Chemical-induced discoloration, normal wear/tear, gem loss, theft/loss, or damage from neglect.
  • Note: Natural gem variations and screen display differences are not defects.
Do you ship overseas?

Yes, available worldwide (shipping costs apply).

How do I return/exchange my ring?

30-day window from shipment date (excludes custom/engraved items).

  • Contact us first (gemnityjewelry@gmail.com) for return address/instructions.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with tracking + signature.
  • Refunds exclude shipping/restocking fees; return shipping at customer’s cost.
