Cancellations & Returns

We offer a 30-day return/refund service.
Note: All products are 100% handmade, made-to-order (produced post-purchase) with associated procurement and production costs. Beyond the free cancellation period, a 30% restocking & craftsmanship fee applies.
1. Cancellation within 48 hours of purchase.

We confirm orders and initiate production within 48 hours. Full refund available for cancellations during this period.

2. Cancellation after 48 hours.

Production starts 48 hours post-purchase. 30% of the order amount will be deducted for cancellations (rush order & shipping fees are refundable).

3. Cancellation for shipped/delivered orders.
  • Non-quality reasons: 30% deduction applies (rush order & shipping fees non-refundable). Refund processed within 7 business days after we verify returned items.
  • Quality reasons: Provide evidence within 3 days of receipt via email. We offer warranty support; returns/refunds are also available upon request.
Key Notes

Quality issues include:

  • Major metal/craft defects (broken prongs, ring bands, loose stones)
  • Significant discrepancies between received item and order

Non-quality issues include:

  • Personal preferences (dislike for design, stone color/pattern/shape)
  • Damage from misuse/chemicals
  • Natural variations in special stones, or size/visual differences from expectations

Shipping fees:

  • Consumer assumes cost for returns due to non-quality issues (varies by courier).
  • No shipping fee for returns caused by our errors (damaged/incorrect items).

Non-returnable Orders

  1. Customized products (engraving, custom designs/stones, personalized modifications)
  2. Special materials/stones (950 Platinum, black gold, salt & pepper diamonds, lab-grown diamonds)
  3. Human-induced quality damage
  4. Orders outside the US & Canada
  5. Repaired orders

Return Process

  • Unshipped orders: Direct refund.
  • Shipped/delivered orders: Contact customer service for return address. Provide tracking number after shipping back. Refund issued within 7 business days of item verification.

Exchanges

We offer a 30-day exchange service.
1. Exchanges Before Delivery
  • Free services available: Resizing, engraving, replacing the center stone (same size & price).

  • Additional charges apply for:Changing ring/product material: $100 per request.Upgrading center stone size: Price difference of the stone + $100 service fee per request.Switching to a simple ring/product design: $200 per request. (Contact customer service for a quote for complex design changes.)

2. Exchanges After Delivery
  • Quality-related exchanges: Contact us within 3 days of receipt. We resolve issues unconditionally at no cost to you.

  • Personal reasons exchanges: 30% additional fee applies (excludes modification costs).

3. Exchange Process

Pay the applicable exchange fee first, then return the product. We will start producing your new item once we receive the returned product.

Warranty

  • 1-year free warranty valid from the product delivery date.
  • Coverage: Repairs for quality issues (e.g., fallen/loose stones, broken prongs) within 1 year of purchase. Non-quality issues are excluded.
Warranty Exclusions
  • Metal discoloration from chemicals, makeup, pool/hot tub use, or bathing.
  • Theft or loss of stones/rings.
  • Wear-related damage (e.g., worn/bent prongs, gemstone loss) – fine jewelry is susceptible to normal wear, especially rings; prongs may need maintenance over time.
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs/modifications, or failure to perform necessary maintenance.
  • Dents, nicks, scratches from regular wear (not defects).
  • Tarnishing caused by perfumes, salt air, lotions, hairspray, chlorine, or acidic skin pH (depends on care habits).
  • Minor craftsmanship variations or natural gemstone inclusions (unique features, not defects).

Resizing

We offer a 90-day free resize service.

1. Ring Sizing Guidelines
  • Pre-purchase tip: Measure your ring size accurately first.
  • Most rings can only be resized Β±1 size. Resizing beyond this risks durability and loose stones.
  • Resizing >Β±1 size: Ring remake recommended (30% of original price).
  • Wrong size solution: Resize at a local jeweler (most styles are easy to adjust). Contact us if local service isn’t available.
