• You warrant you are at least 18 years old (or supervised by a parent/guardian).
• We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the site solely for personal shopping (no commercial/third-party use) via your browser. Breach results in immediate license revocation.

• All site content (text, graphics, logos, software) and its compilation are our exclusive property or licensed to us. No use (including data mining, meta-tags) without prior written consent.
• We respect third-party IP. Our products may be inspired by celebrity styles but are not authorized by related parties.

To report infringement, submit:

• Authorized signature of rights owner;
• Description of infringing material;
• Site URL of the material;
• Your contact info;
• Statement of good faith belief in unauthorized use;
• Identification of infringed IP;
• Under penalty of perjury, statement of accuracy and authorization.

We may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice. Upon termination, you must cease site use—we will revoke your account/password. Rights/obligations arising before termination survive.

• Site, products, and transactions are provided "as is"—no express/implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy).
• We are not liable for site interruptions, errors, or damages (direct, indirect, punitive, etc.) from site use. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the month prior to the claim.

We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from our site—their terms/privacy policies apply.

For breaches, we are entitled to specific performance, injunctive relief, and damages (including attorneys' fees). Waiver of rights does not imply future waivers.
